We are recruiting for a Summer Trip Assistant to join our small and driven team supporting young people aged 8-24, who are living through and beyond cancer. The role will be based in East Cowes, Isle of Wight.
Applications close: Sunday 23 March
A fun, rewarding and different way to spend your summer, if you’re someone who loves mucking in and being part of a team.
This is a varied role involving helping to prepare boats, ensuring all supplies and equipment are prepared and ready for our sailing and outdoor adventure trips.
You will help keep the site tidy, and stores well-kept and stocked as required and support our land-based activities during the trips, such as afternoon rounders games and setting-up BBQs.
We value equality, diversity, and inclusion, oppose prejudice, and are committed to being an anti-racist organisation. We strive to be more representative of all young people who have had a cancer diagnosis in the UK and believe diversity amongst the Trust team is key to delivering inclusive experiences for all.
If you share these values and think you are well suited to this role, but for whatever reason, feel underrepresented by anything in this advert, on our website or in any Trust marketing, we strongly encourage you to apply to help us be better.
