To make strong connections with the 8-24(ish) age-group we support, and for them to really believe what we offer is for them, we need our social output to be authentic, fun, inclusive, accessible and inspiring.
You will support our Senior Digital & Social Media Lead on (primarily) producing TikTok and Instagram content, plus potentially YouTube/YouTube Shorts depending on experience.
You must be comfortable going out on the water and spending time with young people during their trips to gather and produce content, and have a strong eye for recognising what could make great social content in the moment.
You will also have important responsibilities managing digital content and, depending on skills and experience, supporting the comms team with other admin tasks /in any other ways outlined below and/or requested.

If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to an interview. Where appropriate we will send questions in advance, and also tell you if there will be any skills tasks to complete as part of the process.
First Interviews: Will take place on Wednesday 2 April (by Zoom)
Second interviews (for applicants shortlisted after the first round): depending on location, will be in person in the East Cowes office or on Zoom on Wednesday 16 April.
