We couldn’t make the impact we do on young people without our incredible volunteers and skippers. As a heartfelt thank you for all your time, effort, and support, we invite you to our annual Team Dinner!
This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow volunteers and skippers, socialise, and enjoy some classic Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust activities and games.
During the evening, we’ll also honour long-standing supporters with our Long Service Awards and announce the Luke Gilbert Volunteer of the Year winner. Make sure to get your nominations in for the 2024 Volunteer of the Year!

3-course dinner: £35 per person

Step 2: Look out for an email from [email protected]. Once received you must complete all information this will include meal selection and dietary information.

Cream of roasted root vegetables VE

Grilled and marinated King oyster mushrooms VE

Main:
Oven-roasted chicken breast
smoked chicken croquettes, carrot, leeks, and périgord sauce
Fillet of salmon
celeriac mash, braised leek, dill, and capers velouté
Vegetable wellington VE
roasted beetroot, tender stem, micro greens and gravy
Dessert:
Blueberry cheesecake

Accommodation:
If you'd like to stay, a limited number of rooms at Edgbaston Park Hotel are available at a discounted rate, we have single and double/twin occupancy rooms available - we will email you once you have ordered to check who you are sharing with. £90 B&B single occupancy and £138.50 B&B for double or twin; these can be booked below.
Alternatively, you can find your own accommodation, we are just a 10-minute drive from Birmingham city center.
