AJ Bell Great North Run 2025

If you’re looking for a bucket list running event with an incredible Geordie welcome, the loudest and most supportive crowds around an epic 13.1 mile course jam-packed with entertainment and music, and a finish line party like no other, then the AJ Bell Great North Run is for you.

• You must be 17+ and over to participate in the Great North Run.
• We kindly ask that our runners pledge a minimum fundraising target of £500.
• Entry deadline: Monday 07 July

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU PURCHASE YOUR PLACE?

So what happens next? You will receive an order confirmation for the purchase of your place, but you will still need to complete your registration with the event.

Keep an eye on your emails in the days after you purchase your place, you will receive an email from the event organisers inviting you to complete your registration (check your junk folder as they sometimes do end up there.)

Follow the link to complete your registration and you are all done! Please only register via the link in the email, otherwise you may end up with duplicate entries.

A member of the Trust fundraising team will also be in touch to welcome you to the #TrustTribe and will be on hand to help with any fundraising or event queries as you get ready to take on the run.
