Patrons
The Trust has two Patrons, our founder Dame Ellen MacArthur, and double Olympic gold medallist Shirley Robertson, who are both actively involved in the Trust's trips whenever possible.
Ambassadors
The Trust has appointed two Ambassadors to date, Dan Monk and Katie Miller, both with a knowledge and passion for the work the Trust carries out, and actively involved with our trips each year.
The Trust Team
The Trust has three full time staff, and is helped by many volunteers throughout the year.
Trustees
The Trust is governed by a team of committed trustees, all of whom give up their time on a voluntary basis.
Volunteers and friends
The Trust would not be able to run without our friends and volunteers who help on the boats, on shore, or assist with maintenance and services throughout the year.
